YouTube officially started withholding tax from ALL your YouTube revenue in June 2021, not just your US-sourced revenue, if you did not add your tax info to your AdSense. If you did, YouTube withholds a maximum of 30% of your US-sourced revenue which is less than 24% of all your YouTube revenue.
This affects all YouTubers in all MCNs and those partnered directly with YouTube.
